Our Process.

When it comes to examining opportunities, we use a robust and repeatable process. It is underpinned by our Focus, which aims to anticipate shifts in markets/asset prices before the competition. The process contains three key elements: research, selection and asset management. We regularly appraise each property in our portfolios and use active management to realise inherent value.

Our Approach.

Kreugel.com investment approach ranges from conservative core acquisitions to entrepreneurial ground up development for both commercial and residential real estate as for investments in private equity. Over the years, we have demonstrated the ability to tailor our investment strategies to the market cycles and supply/demand balance in the many markets.

Our Goal.

Our goal is to build a global, but concentrated, private equity and real estate portfolio. The strategy is to invest in a limited number of key markets. We have picked four areas to invest in: Private Equity, Renewable Energy, Real Estate Portfolio and Real Estate Development. We will continue to invest in the Netherlands Antilles, the Netherlands , Belgium and Germany, while also considering opportunities in other country's. At the same time, we will continue to seek new opportunitiesin and outside our key markets.
